You will find the W-LAN key directly at the entrance on the wall. Once as a QR-code and once as a password. “FRITZ!Repeater 1200” is for internet access on the upper floor. “FRITZ!Repeater 1200 AX” is for Internet access in the living room.

The internet works via radio relay. Do not touch the radio relay antenna.

In case the Internet does not work, you can check the following:

  1. Check if the router in the passage between the kitchen and living room has power.
  2. In the cleaning chamber there are two switches on the left behind the door. one is for the socket in the chamber, the second is for the internet. Check that this switch has not been accidentally switched off.
  3. The internet (W-LAN) in the house is done via repeaters.  Check if the repeaters have power (the small light must be on). If it is green, the connection with the router is working).
  4. There is a repeater in the living room next to the cupboard. Another repeater is located in the hallway on the 1st floor above the living room. Two are located in the hallway on the 1st floor on the side with the big bathroom and the last one on the shelf in the playroom.
  5. Another possibility is to restart the internet by unplugging the router and plugging it back in.
  6. Sometimes it can also be due to the weather, when the internet connection is not so good.
